The Role

We’re seeking a Marketing Artist specialized in video ads and motion design to join our team.
You’ll be at the heart of our user acquisition efforts, crafting mobile video creatives that drive millions of players into our games. Your work won’t just be about making beautiful visuals — it’ll also be about understanding player psychology, grabbing attention in the first seconds, and delivering impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Produce high-performing mobile video ads for global user acquisition campaigns (static images and banners are secondary; video is primary).
  • Design and animate gameplay captures, cinematic edits, fake ads, tutorials, and social media promos.
  • Work closely with marketing managers to analyze the performance of each creative and refine them based on data.
  • Help define the visual marketing style for each game, aligned with its tone and audience.
  • Research creative trends across the mobile gaming and advertising spaces — always looking for the next big idea.
  • Test new formats, hooks, editing styles, storytelling techniques, and experimental approaches.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in motion design, video editing, or marketing creative production (preferably for mobile games or apps).
  • Deep proficiency with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. (Photoshop and Illustrator skills also valuable.)
  • Strong grasp of storytelling through short-form video: pacing, emotional hooks, transitions, sound sync.
  • Creative thinking with a data-driven mindset — understanding why certain ads perform better than others.
  • Familiarity with mobile gaming (hypercasual, casual, or hybrid games) and an instinct for what resonates with players.
  • Good team communication skills and willingness to take feedback and iterate quickly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Design, Animation, or a related field is a plus.

Bonus Points

  • Experience using 3D tools (like Blender or Cinema 4D) for marketing asset creation.
  • Familiarity with Unity for gameplay captures or mockups.
  • A portfolio showcasing high-performing ad creatives in gaming or app marketing.
  • A love for experimenting — you’re constantly trying new creative styles and concepts.
  • You’ve played and analyzed mobile games — not just as a player, but with a marketer’s eye.
